Ingredients
8 oz Cream cheese
10 oz of goat cheese
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of maple syrup or Honey (and a little extra for garnish)
1 cup of chopped pecans ( I love caramel pecans from Wegmans)
1 cup of chopped pistachios or any nut of your choice
1 cup of chopped dry cranberries ( I love Trader Joes orange flavor)
1/2 cup of mince fresh curly parsley
Instructions
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and goat cheese my recommendation is that it should be at room temperature, add the maple syrup, pistachios and cinnamon fold to combine and set aside.
In another bowl combine the pecans, cranberries and the parsley.
using a small cookie scoop or even your hands form the little cheese balls and toss them into the pecan and parsley mixture. Refrigerate the cheese balls until ready to eat.
Tip: Make sure you rolled the cheese ball completely.
I like to spend lees time in the kitchen more time eating. That's why I can't live without my appliances, they make my cooking life a lot easier
